Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Plan each shift to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor team performance and take corrective action as needed
- Lead and manage crew members and other managers during the shift
- Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, safety, and security standards
- Manage inventory and scheduling responsibilities
- Provide training and develop team members
