Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the restaurant for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Eligible to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Preferred college degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Certification in food safety such as ServSafe is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant crew members during shifts
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand their responsibilities
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting customers and resolving complaints
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures including cash handling
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Create and maintain shift schedules
  • Train new hires and conduct ongoing training sessions
  • Monitor sales performance and expenses during shifts
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and support personnel to coordinate operations
