Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the restaurant for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Eligible to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred college degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Certification in food safety such as ServSafe is advantageous
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant crew members during shifts
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand their responsibilities
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
- Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting customers and resolving complaints
- Oversee opening and closing procedures including cash handling
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and maintain shift schedules
- Train new hires and conduct ongoing training sessions
- Monitor sales performance and expenses during shifts
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and support personnel to coordinate operations
