Starbucks also champions diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal employment opportunities for all qualified applicants regardless of race, religion, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic. The company is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities, further underscoring its dedication to an inclusive workplace.

In addition to managing a successful retail operation, Starbucks shift managers benefit from a comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, paid time off including vacation and sick leave, holiday pay, 401(k) retirement plans with employer match, stock programs, and educational benefits such as full tuition coverage for an online bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University. These benefits highlight Starbucks’ commitment to the well-being and growth of its partners and their families, fostering loyalty and long-term career satisfaction.
