Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year retail or customer service management experience
  • proven leadership ability
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • passion for customer service
  • strong problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • one year retail or customer service management experience
  • two years preferred or 4 plus years of US Military service
  • one year supervising the work of others
  • teambuilding and coaching skills
  • strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment

Job Duties

  • lead store operations efficiently and effectively
  • coach and develop team members to enhance performance
  • ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment
  • manage inventory and ensure quality control
  • handle shift scheduling and labor management
  • resolve customer and team member issues promptly
