Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year retail or customer service management experience
- one year supervising and coaching team members
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- problem solving abilities
- eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- one year retail or customer service management experience, two years preferred or four plus years of US Military service
- one year supervising the work of others, teambuilding, coaching
- strong organizational skills
- strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
Job Duties
- lead and manage store shifts to ensure operational excellence
- supervise and mentor team members to foster a positive work environment
- coach and develop partners to achieve performance goals
- maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
- monitor inventory and control costs to optimize store performance
- handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- support the implementation of company policies and procedures
