Paid parental leave, vacation accrual, sick time, and holiday pay reinforce Starbucks’ commitment to work-life balance. Financial benefits include a 401(k) plan with employer match, stock purchase programs, and incentives to support financial security and educational advancement such as tuition coverage through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan. The company emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices and maintains compliance with all applicable employment laws and accommodations for disabilities.

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary, determined by factors like experience, location, and internal equity.
