Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year retail or customer service management experience preferred two years
  • experience supervising and coaching a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Job Qualifications

  • one year retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • one year supervising the work of others teambuilding coaching
  • strong organizational interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

Job Duties

  • lead the shift operations ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient store performance
