Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year prior retail or customer service management experience preferred
  • leadership experience supervising others
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to Starbucks values and customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • one year retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U S Military service
  • one year supervising the work of others including teambuilding and coaching
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

Job Duties

  • lead shifts and manage daily store operations
  • supervise and coach team members to promote growth and performance
  • ensure high standards of customer service and quality
  • handle inventory management and sales goals
  • maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • support training and development programs for partners
