Starbucks also supports its partners with financial well-being tools, emergency savings incentives, and retirement plans with employer matching contributions.

Ideal candidates for the Shift Manager role have prior retail or customer service management experience, preferably one year or more, or have completed four or more years of U.S. Military service. Key qualities include strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset suited to a sales-focused environment. Candidates should be experienced in supervising teams and fostering a positive work culture through coaching and teambuilding.

The position offers competitive compensation, which will be determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, location, and internal equity. Starbucks maintains a commitment to equal employment opportunities, welcoming qualified applicants regardless of background or personal characteristics.
