Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year retail or customer service management experience or four plus years US Military service
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays

- One year retail or customer service management experience
- two years preferred or four plus years of US Military service
- one year supervising the work of others, teambuilding, coaching
- strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise daily store operations
- mentor and coach team members to enhance performance
- ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- manage customer service to maintain a welcoming environment
- oversee inventory and sales tracking
- contribute to creating a collaborative and positive store culture
- handle scheduling and labor management
