This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. It is important to note that this franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, food products, and trademarks while running the restaurant. However, the franchisee operates as a separate company and employer, distinct from McDonald’s USA. If hired for this position, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not control any employment decisions or receive copies of your application or related documents.
