This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise, which is distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's well-known logos, branding, and food products but is a separate legal and employment entity. Therefore, all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline, are managed solely by the franchisee and not McDonald's corporate office. This distinction ensures that applicants work directly with the franchisee, who is fully responsible for all personnel matters within the restaurant.

Job Requirements
