This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchisee. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, this franchisee operates as a separate company that holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products. This means that all employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision are handled solely by the franchisee, without involvement from McDonald's USA.
