Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan shifts and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards
- ensure food safety and quality food production
- manage inventory, safety, security, and cleanliness
- handle scheduling and training of staff
- communicate effectively with next shift manager for smooth transitions
