Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan shifts and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards
  • ensure food safety and quality food production
  • manage inventory, safety, security, and cleanliness
  • handle scheduling and training of staff
  • communicate effectively with next shift manager for smooth transitions
