  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • availability to work nights and weekends
  • willingness to work under 25 hours per week
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • strong work ethic and dependability

Job Duties

  • supervise shift operations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • manage and motivate team members to achieve daily goals
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • oversee cash handling and make deposits as necessary
  • provide training and guidance to new employees
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • coordinate shift schedules and communicate operational updates
