- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan for shifts and monitor performance
- Ensure safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate effectively with incoming Shift Managers
- Manage food safety and quality food production
- Handle scheduling and training of crew
- Maintain cleanliness and daily maintenance
- Manage internal communication
