- providing leadership to crew and other managers during shifts

- monitoring safety, security, and profitability
- communicating with the next Shift Manager for smooth operations
- managing food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training
