As a Shift Manager at JV & Sons & CJD Restaurants, you will play a pivotal role in leading shifts to guarantee that every customer enjoys a fast, accurate, and friendly dining experience. Shift Managers provide crucial leadership to both crew members and other managers during their shifts, focusing on maintaining top-quality food, exceptional service, and cleanliness standards. This role involves a blend of supervisory tasks, including shift planning, monitoring team performance, ensuring safety and security, and contributing to the overall profitability of the restaurant. Shift Managers also collaborate closely with the next shift's manager to ensure smooth transitions and consistent operations.

This dynamic position requires individuals who are enthusiastic leaders and positive team players with the flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced environment of McDonald's. Effective communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction are essential. Prior leadership experience, particularly in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings, is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this role. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum 18 years of age
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • previous experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred
