The Bellevue Club Hotel is currently seeking a dependable, accountable, and proactive Manager on Duty for a full-time position. This critical leadership role involves serving as the operational leader during assigned shifts, overseeing daily activities to ensure seamless guest experiences, team coordination, and facility safety. The Manager on Duty acts as the lead authority in the absence of senior management, responsible for maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
This position offers open availability with 30 to 40 hours per week and a competitive compensation rate of $29 per hour. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience in hospitality or club management
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Valid certification in safety or security procedures is a plus
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Act as lead authority assuming operational guidance of the club and hotel in the absence of senior management
- Resolve guest or member complaints efficiently and follow up with department heads to implement long-term solutions
- Support the Business Office after standard weekday hours to assist members and prospective applicants
- Participate in and facilitate staff training programs to maintain premium service standards
- Execute strict opening and closing checklists including patrolling public areas
- Verify back-of-house security
- Lock down the facility to ensure shift security
