Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up on tasks and report results to management
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • oversee service staff training and organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas
  • control food quality, safety, and costs, and train kitchen staff
  • manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members
