Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on tasks and report results to management
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- oversee service staff training and organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas
- control food quality, safety, and costs, and train kitchen staff
- manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
