Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Willing and able to support management team goals
  • Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill
  • Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
  • Eligible to work in this country
  • Pass a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and lead effective teams
  • Commitment to food safety and proper operational procedures
  • Flexible work availability

Job Duties

  • Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Create and maintain a customer-first attitude within the team
  • Teach and grow team members through effective leadership
  • Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain cleanliness
  • Stand and move for most or all of the shift
