Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- must be at least 18 years of age
- willingness and ability to support management team in achieving goals
- ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment like headset, register, or grill
- commitment to follow brand standards
- must obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
- reliable transportation for occasional travel
- legal eligibility to work
- pass background check
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support the management team achieve our employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- stand and move for most if not all of your shift
- use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant
- promote a culture of food safety and obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
- provide leadership and training to build a strong team
- maintain flexible availability to meet business needs
