Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
- secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- eligible to work in the country
- pass background investigation
- commitment to uphold food safety and customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to motivate and build a cohesive team
- knowledge of food safety standards
- prior restaurant or management experience preferred
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to work flexible hours
