Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Flexible work availability
  • Willingness and ability to support management goals
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
  • Reliable transportation to travel occasionally for training and other tasks
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in leadership or management roles preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and build a cohesive team

  • Guide and lead the team during shifts to ensure operational excellence
  • Promote a customer-first environment and superior service
  • Support the management team in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Maintain food safety and brand standards throughout the restaurant
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
  • Encourage team development and foster a positive workplace culture
