Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Flexible work availability
- Willingness and ability to support management goals
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
- Reliable transportation to travel occasionally for training and other tasks
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Pass a background check
Job Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Guide and lead the team during shifts to ensure operational excellence

- Maintain food safety and brand standards throughout the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Ensure a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
