Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Willingness to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • Obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
  • Reliable transportation to travel occasionally
  • Eligibility to work in the country
  • Pass background investigation

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Guide and lead team members during shifts
  • Build and motivate a cohesive team to increase profits and provide superior service
  • Promote and enforce food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
  • Support management in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Maintain a positive and customer-focused work environment
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures
