- Minimum 6 months of experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Current ServSafe or food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise NBC the daily shift operations of the store during scheduled shifts, ensuring consistent execution of standards and procedures
- Ensure product inventory is in place and support the ordering of products according to standards
- Provide direction, support, and guidance to team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on NBC cakes, flavors, sizes, and complementary merchandise
- Deliver outstanding guest service by modeling warm, attentive, and solution-oriented behaviors
- Support the preparation and production and preparation of all products in the bakery, including baking, frosting, and packaging of cakes following proprietary recipes and food safety guidelines
- Ensure production activities meet all safety and sanitation standards
