Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- minimum 6 months of experience in food service retail hospitality or related customer-facing role supervisory experience preferred
- current ServSafe or food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise NbC daily shift operations during scheduled shifts ensuring consistent execution of standards and procedures
- ensure product inventory is in place and support ordering of products according to standards
- provide direction support and guidance to team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cakes flavors sizes and complementary merchandise
- deliver outstanding guest service by modeling warm attentive and solution-oriented behaviors
- support the preparation production and packaging of bakery products including baking frosting and packaging cakes following proprietary recipes and food safety guidelines
- ensure production activities meet all safety and sanitation standards
- manage shift scheduling delegate tasks and ensure team members take legally compliant breaks and meal periods
- support onboarding and training of new team members and reinforce best practices and operational procedures
- maintain a calm and focused demeanor under pressure and during periods of high volume
- monitor food safety quality and sanitation standards including compliance with health department regulations
- assist in food preparation baking packaging and presentation of products ensuring consistency and accuracy
- oversee opening and closing procedures including checklists cleaning duties and shift reports
- handle guest concerns with professionalism resolving issues promptly and escalating when appropriate
- maintain cash controls and reconcile registers and prepare daily financial reports as assigned
- monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management
- ensure a clean organized and safe working environment at all times
