Job Description

Jamba is a renowned lifestyle brand that has been delighting guests with its refreshing smoothies, delicious acai bowls, and signature flavors since the year 2000. Known for its commitment to making eating better, easier, and more fun, Jamba has become a go-to destination for people seeking healthy and flavorful options. As a fast-growing company, Jamba emphasizes a vibrant culture where passion for great food and excellent service combine to create memorable guest experiences. The brand operates numerous locations and continues to expand its Ohana—a Hawaiian term for family—by welcoming enthusiastic and dedicated individuals into various roles within the organization.

Jamba is currently seeking passionate, people-focused leaders to join the team as Shift Managers. This employment opportunity offers flexible schedules ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week and includes perks such as free on-duty meals, employee discounts on Jamba favorites, free uniforms, and comprehensive training programs branded as Whirl'd Class. Eligible benefits may include health insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement savings plans, providing employees with a well-rounded package that supports both professional growth and personal well-being.

The Shift Manager role at Jamba is integral to maintaining the smooth operation and positive atmosphere within each store. More than a supervisor, the Shift Manager is the heartbeat of the store during their shift, ensuring that both team members and guests have exceptional experiences. When the General Manager or Assistant Manager is not present, the Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, motivating and supporting the team, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service, while addressing any challenges that arise. This role requires a leader who is proactive, approachable, and capable of making decisions that enhance overall productivity and guest satisfaction.

Shift Managers enjoy opportunities to grow their leadership skills and contribute to Jamba's mission of making healthy eating accessible and enjoyable. They play a crucial role in troubleshooting team and guest concerns, managing supplier issues, and knowing when to escalate matters to store leadership. Successful candidates will bring a blend of supervisory experience, flexibility, and hands-on involvement in daily store activities including food preparation, quality control, and customer engagement. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, have a passion for customer service, and want to be part of a community-oriented company dedicated to wellness and innovation.

By joining Jamba as a Shift Manager, you become part of a supportive work environment that values your contributions and encourages continuous development. The role offers meaningful leadership opportunities while fostering a fun, inclusive atmosphere where team members can collaborate and grow together. If you are ready to lead with flavor and become a vital part of the Jamba Ohana, this is your moment to apply and help keep guests smiling—one smoothie at a time.
