This is a fantastic opportunity to join HMSHost at the Grand Rapids Airport Food & Beverage location as a Manager I (MGRI). The role demands a hands-on leadership style with a focus on both the guest experience and associate well-being.

With a competitive wage starting at $19.22 to $21.36 per hour, this position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and typically reports to the General Manager or Director of Operations. Shift flexibility is important as the Manager I will oversee operations during different parts of the day including opening, peak hours, and closing shifts to ensure consistent quality and service throughout all busy periods.

HMSHost promotes a drug-free workplace and strongly supports diversity and equal opportunity employment, welcoming candidates from all backgrounds including minorities, females, disabled individuals, and veterans. The company offers a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, meal and transportation benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, company-paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, an employee assistance program, and various career training and referral incentives. These comprehensive benefits provide employees with both security and avenues for career advancement.

Joining HMSHost means becoming part of an innovative, inclusive, and growing hospitality company dedicated to providing excellent guest experiences in one of the most dynamic industry settings — travel food service.
