HMSHost values reliability, positive energy, passion for service, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. The Manager I role is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and typically reports to the General Manager, Director of Operations, or a Multi-Unit Manager II.

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $20.87 to $24.25, reflecting the level of responsibility and skill required to excel in this role. The company offers an impressive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, meal and transportation benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, company-paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance programs, training and career growth opportunities, and a referral bonus program.
