The hourly wage ranges from $22.78 to $27.84, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitive compensation. The Manager I is responsible for assisting branch management in ensuring restaurants operate smoothly, maintain high operational standards, and deliver exceptional customer service within a fast-paced, quick-service restaurant (QSR) or similar environment.

This includes monitoring wellness and safety procedures, reporting safety issues, and performing health and safety responsibilities as outlined in the Manager’s Guide to Associate Health and Safety. Financial responsibilities include operating the cash register, voiding transactions according to company policies, and maintaining cash security at all times. Inventory duties such as placing orders, receiving goods, and processing invoices are also key components of this position.

HMSHost values manager-coaches who are passionate about service, open to new ideas, adaptable to the business's fast pace, and dedicated to supporting team members and customers alike. This role requires the ability to work varied and rotating schedules, including opening, busy day parts, and closing shifts, to ensure comprehensive operational oversight. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service, along with at least six months of supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen. Effective communication skills and knowledge of federal, state, and local safety and health standards, including HACCP compliance, are essential.

At HMSHost, success is driven by great people, strong teams, and a culture that blends professionalism with a fun, inclusive atmosphere. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a positive energy, and a passion for serving others, this Manager I position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a respected global hospitality company. The company also offers comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, holiday pay, meal and transportation benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance programs, training, and referral bonuses.
