Job Duties
- Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures
- Assist AGM/GM in managing day-to-day activities of associates within restaurants or points-of-sale
- Participate in interview process, provide input in hiring, recommend termination, advancement, promotion or status changes
- Assign work tasks and activities, prepare schedules, ensure all shifts are covered
- Ensure all associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
- Ensure display areas are clean, stocked and visually appealing
- Ensure equipment is in good working order
- Operate cash register and void transactions following cash handling policies
- Monitor compliance with wellness and safety procedures, report safety concerns to GM
- Perform all health and safety activities as specified in Manager's Guide to Associate Health and Safety
- Place orders, receive goods, process invoices
- Maintain current contact information for associates working in the restaurant
