Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- dependable and outgoing personality
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
- basic understanding of food safety and cleanliness procedures

Job Duties
- Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting company standards
- communicating effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift
- achieving targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals
- taking action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability
- managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance during shifts
- providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
- training new team members on critical job functions
