This employment opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products to operate the restaurant but functions as a totally separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. All employment aspects including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee. Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- plan each shift and monitor team performance
- enforce food safety and cleanliness standards
- manage inventory and daily maintenance
- coach, train, and schedule employees

- communicate with next Shift Manager to ensure smooth operations
