This employment opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products to operate the restaurant but functions as a totally separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. All employment aspects including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA has no control over these employment decisions and does not receive copies of applications or participate in the hiring process. This unique structure means that while you work under the famous McDonald's brand name, your employer and the organization responsible for your work experience is the independent franchisee.

The role offered is for a Shift Manager position in this independently operated McDonald's restaurant.
