Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance
- take actions to meet McDonald’s standards
- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with next Shift Manager for smooth handover
- manage food safety internal communication inventory maintenance scheduling training and customer service
