We are currently seeking a responsible and dedicated Shift Manager to join the leadership team. The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing restaurant operations during their shift, acting as the "Every Shift" leader to uphold the company’s standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager or General Manager, the Shift Manager supervises restaurant employees to ensure smooth and successful service. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and manage the team effectively under a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, motivated, and has a high school education or GED, along with a valid driver’s license. Experience in restaurant management or customer service can be advantageous, but a strong desire to lead and create a positive guest experience is paramount. The Shift Manager’s responsibilities include maintaining food quality and safety standards, managing staff performance, resolving guest concerns, and assisting in daily operational tasks. Job Requirements
