Reporting to the Assistant Manager or General Manager, the Shift Manager acts as the backbone of the restaurant's operational success, seamlessly coordinating staff activities, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a motivated and service-oriented individual who meets specific educational and licensing requirements and who thrives in a leadership position within a hospitality setting. The Shift Manager plays an essential part in driving the restaurant’s continued success by maintaining efficiency and quality on every shift, contributing directly to a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members.
