The Shift Manager plays a critical role within our management team by leading and supervising staff during each shift to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager or General Manager, the Shift Manager acts as the "Every Shift" Leader, responsible for upholding our standards in customer service, employee performance, and operational efficiency. This position requires a high school education or GED and a valid driver's license, underscoring the importance of reliability and accountability.
