Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Experience leading teams preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- Plan each shift and monitor performance
- Ensure team meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for upcoming shifts
- Manage food safety and internal communication
- Oversee inventory management, daily maintenance, and crew management
- Schedule and train employees
