Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan each shift and monitor performance
- ensure team meets McDonald's quality, service and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager to prepare them
- manage food safety and internal communication
- oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
- manage scheduling and training of staff
