This franchisee operates a McDonald’s restaurant using the established brand's logos and food products, but is a completely separate company and employer distinct from The McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA. This position is for the role of Shift Manager, a key leadership job within the restaurant. Shift Managers play an essential role in delivering a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience each day. The role involves leading a team of crew members and other managers on shift, overseeing food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
