This job opportunity is offered by an independent, locally owned franchise of The McDonald’s Corporation. This franchisee operates a McDonald’s restaurant using the established brand's logos and food products, but is a completely separate company and employer distinct from The McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA. As such, all employment matters—including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling—are handled directly by the franchisee. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks during fast-paced shifts
  • Commitment to food safety and customer service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan each shift and monitor team performance
  • Ensure food safety, quality, service and cleanliness standards are met
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • Coach and train crew members to support their development
  • Promote safety and security throughout the restaurant
