Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be 18 years or older
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
- ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
- capability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

- experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and managers to ensure quality, service, cleanliness
- plan and monitor shift performance
- take action to meet company standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, managing crew, quality food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, training
