Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • must be 18 years or older
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
  • ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
  • capability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • provide leadership to crew and managers to ensure quality, service, cleanliness
  • plan and monitor shift performance
  • take action to meet company standards
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
  • manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, managing crew, quality food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, training
