Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by an independent, locally owned franchise of The McDonald’s Corporation. Unlike corporate-operated McDonald’s locations, this restaurant is owned and managed by a separate franchisee who holds a license to use the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee operates autonomously and is solely responsible for all employment matters within the restaurant. This includes hiring, firing, supervising, staffing, scheduling employees, and handling any employee-related issues. McDonald’s Corporation itself is not involved in employment decisions, does not receive application materials, and will not influence the hiring process.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
  • Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
  • Plan for each shift and monitor performance
  • Ensure team meets company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • Communicate with subsequent Shift Managers to support seamless shift transitions
  • Manage food safety, internal communication, and inventory management
  • Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • Schedule and train crew members
