The franchisee owns the license to use McDonald's logos and food products and manages the employment aspects including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling independently from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- must maintain reliable dependable predictable attendance
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- previous management experience preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
