Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- plan and monitor performance during shifts to meet McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- enforce food safety, safety, and security protocols
- manage inventory and daily maintenance tasks
- communicate effectively with team members and next shift manager
- schedule crew members and assist with training
- manage quality food production and provide exceptional customer service
