This job opportunity is with an independently owned McDonald’s franchise restaurant, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee operates this restaurant under a license to use McDonald’s branding and products but is a separate entity responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Applicants should understand that while the restaurant uses McDonald’s logos and operates under its food standards, the franchisee is the sole employer and decision-maker regarding job applications and employee management.
