Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- No prior experience required
- Ability to lead shifts and manage teams
- Strong customer service focus
- Availability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environments ideal

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service
- Provide leadership to crew and managers to ensure quality, service and cleanliness
- Plan each shift and monitor performance
- Take action to meet McDonald’s standards during shifts
- Monitor safety, security and profitability
- Communicate with next Shift Manager for smooth transition
- Manage food safety, inventory, scheduling and training
