This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products to provide customers with the signature McDonald’s experience. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Good communication skills

- Basic knowledge of food safety and inventory management
Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure customers have a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan and manage shift operations including scheduling and inventory management
- Monitor quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with next shift manager to ensure seamless transition
- Handle training and development of crew members
- Maintain food safety and daily maintenance
