While the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, they operate as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. This means that all employment matters—including hiring, firing, discipline, staff supervision, and scheduling—are managed solely by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to lead and supervise teams
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be 18 years or older
- capability to perform multiple tasks under pressure
- commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate and friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- plan shifts and monitor performance standards
- ensure food safety and quality production
- manage inventory and daily maintenance
- oversee safety and security protocols
- schedule and train staff
