Employment matters related to this position, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline, are handled solely by the franchisee and not McDonald's corporate entity. When you apply and if hired, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, meaning all employment interactions and decisions will be through the local franchise owner. This independence allows the franchise to tailor its management and operational practices while leveraging the global brand recognition and trusted menu of McDonald's.
