This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. This franchisee owns the license to use McDonald's logos, trademarks, and food products but operates as a separate company from McDonald's USA. Employment matters related to this position, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline, are handled solely by the franchisee and not McDonald's corporate entity. Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- plan and monitor shift performance to meet McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- manage crew and training during shifts
- oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
- enforce food safety, safety and security protocols
- communicate shift information with next Shift Manager
- schedule employees and support department goals
