Job Requirements
- Must have strong leadership skills with ability to set targets delegate tasks and resolve incidents
- Ability to respond to and give feedback with urgency and professionalism
- Ability to stoop and lift items over 10lbs
- Ability to work standing for 8 or more hours
- Must be able to read write and communicate in English multi-lingual is a plus
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions with chemicals and restaurant equipment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced loud and busy environment
- Working familiarity with point-of-sales systems with ability to troubleshoot issues
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Leads by example creating and nurturing a positive fun and guest-oriented working environment
- Maintains professionalism in appearance conduct and completion of duties by adhering to all company policies and procedures and enforces compliance among team members
- Recognizes opportunities to exceed guest expectations and responds to guest feedback with urgency and professionalism
- Maintains thorough knowledge of menu items prices sales techniques ordering procedures and updates according to corporate standards
- Works with management on duty to supervise team members assign duties and create shift schedules resolving scheduling issues as they arise
- Monitors shift performance ensuring closing opening and side duty checklists are completed accurately following up with team members
- Reports issues arising during shift to management handles team member disputes and customer concerns appropriately
- Ensures compliance with company policies health and safety standards
- Participates in cash management including opening closing tills reconciling cash with team members and preparing night deposits
- Coaches team members and new staff on brand standards
- Maintains a clean sanitary and stocked restaurant preventing cross-contamination and ensuring attention to detail
- Ensures efficient and sincere guest service by assisting front of house and monitoring dining room cleanliness and service flow
